Van Heat warranty is for a period of 2 years, unless otherwise stated.
The warranty is not transferrable and is only valid for the original purchaser of a brand new product and applies from the original date of purchase.
The warranty does not cover damage resulting from an accident, collision, misuse, lack of maintenance, negligence, natural disaster, extreme weather conditions, incorrect use or incorrect installation.
Warranty is void if the product is used for unintended purpose, abused, intentional damage, unsatisfactory installation or used beyond its capabilities.
Warranty claims must be reported immediately to Van Heat and returned to place of purchase.
